Once a
year Peter takes a group to the World Heritage listed Lord
Howe Island for a week. This beautiful location is the perfect
place to relax and do yoga and qi gong.

The last Lord Howe Retreat - we
had another wonderful week of yoga and qi gong, bushwalking,
swimming, snorkelling and relaxing! The food and company
was second to none. A great time was had by everyone!
We happened to be there during LHI's Discovery Day on
Feb 17. The evening festivities were so much fun that
we decided to be there again on that date!
